NRS releases brake pads for Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

These new EV brake pads reduce moisture dissipation and corrosion risk, the company says.

NRS Brakes recently expanded its line of galvanized brake pads to include the plug-in hybrid Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV SUV.

NRS Brakes’s new EV brake pads for the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV reduce moisture dissipation and corrosion risk typical of electric vehicle and hybrid brake pads, the company says. NRS Brakes for the Outlander PHEV feature noise-canceling piston cushions and shims, great friction, a patented mechanical attachment and fully galvanized steel backing plates, which prevent issues related to rust and improve performance in challenging weather conditions, the company adds.
