At its inaugural “Unwired” conference held recently outside of Philadelphia, InductEV (formerly Momentum Dynamics) opened its first research and development center devoted to high-speed wireless charging for EVs and commercial fleets. The center is housed in a 50,000 sq.-ft. facility at the company’s global headquarters in King of Prussia, PA.

More than 120 automotive, EV charging and commercial fleet industry executives, analysts, investors and vendors were on-hand for the all-day conference, hosted by InductEV. Conference attendees were given the first public tour of the R&D facility and a demo of the company’s wireless charging capabilities.

The company’s proprietary solution for commercial fleets is currently being used in 20+ locations throughout North America and Europe. It has plans to launch in Asia and is on track to achieve more growth in bookings in 2023.
