Arcimoto recently announced its new electric utility vehicle, the MUV (Modular Utility Vehicle). The MUV adds to the company’s lineup alongside the FUV (Fun Utility Vehicle) and Rapid Responder (first responder vehicle). Arcimoto describes the MUV as “a new category of EVs” and is built on the company’s FUV platform. The company says the vehicle provides optimal performance for industrial, commercial and ground support applications for customers who need to move goods, materials, supplies and equipment reliably, quietly and sustainably.
The MUV offers customizable bed configurations to support medium- to light-duty load capacities. The company says the MUV offers flexible solutions for industries such as government and municipalities, homebuilders, manufacturing and warehousing, universities, agriculture and landscape, construction and delivery services.
The vehicle can be equipped with doors and side rails, and the back can be fitted for a flatbed or cargo box. The back can also include pre-drilled holes for tie-down D-rings.

The company says the MUV will be available for purchase at an MSRP starting at $23,000.
