Lectron has entered a retail partnership with AutoZone. The auto parts retailer now carries a selection of Lectron products on its website, including chargers, charging stations and adapters.
The move by AutoZone makes Lectron its most widely available EV charging provider, Lectron says.
The North American plant will produce battery-grade cathode and anode materials.
Green Li-ion, a lithium-ion battery recycling technology company, launched its first commercial-scale installation to produce sustainable, battery-grade materials, the first of its kind in North America, it said. The plant, located within an existing recycling facility, will produce battery-grade cathode and anode materials from concentrated components of spent batteries using Green Li-ion’s patented multi-cathode-producing "Green-hydrorejuvenation" technology, the company said.
Boada has close to two decades of experience in corporate development, finance and investor relations in both North American and European markets.
The entry will use a powertrain co-developed by the British marque and technical partner, Yamaha Motor.
The company is also commercializing its mobile EV charging platform to address challenges related to charging EV fleets.
LG Energy Solution said the cylindrical battery plant, called LG Energy Solution Arizona, will produce 46-Series batteries for EVs.
This suite will help to mitigate the negative impacts of weather-related outages and integrate with future clean energy products.
The partners said this will address issues of management, reliability, discoverability and usability that have slowed the nation’s transition to EVs.
FLO said it offers three smart charging flexible options, including FLO Home X3, FLO Home X6 and FLO Home X8.
This represents a significant decline from growth rates of 31% in 2023 and 60% in 2022, ABI Research said.
