VinFast VF 9 achieves EPA certificated range of 330 miles

VinFast's new EV is expected to be delivered to customers in North America in Q4, 2023.

VinFast announced the VF 9 has a certificated EPA range of 330 miles for the Eco trim and 291 miles for the Plus trim when fully charged. The VF 9 is a full-size, seven-passenger, all-electric SUV, with an MSRP of $83,000 USD and $91,000 USD for the Eco and Plus models, respectively.

The VF 9 sports a modern exterior design by Pininfarina that VinFast said optimizes aerodynamics and combines an interior integrated with advanced technologies to enable comfort for passengers. The electric motor has a maximum output of up to 300kW (402 horsepower) and a maximum torque of 620Nm.

It also comes equipped with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and includes level 2 features, as well as a suite of intelligent utility and entertainment applications (Smart Services) that are continuously updated. VinFast’s new EV has been delivered to customers in the Vietnamese market and is available for reservations globally and is expected to be delivered to customers in North America in Q4, 2023.

The VF 9 also has a warranty of 10 years or 125,000 miles for the vehicle and 10 years unlimited mileage for the battery, with mobile repair and rescue services during the warranty period.
