EV Connect, Inc. has been acquired by Schneider Electric.
EV Connect says Schneider Electric’s acquisition will enable the company to accelerate its growth. Along with the current management team, CEO and founder Jordan Ramer will continue to lead EV Connect’s operations as a distinct subsidiary, with a continued focus on customer service and the company’s overall mission.
Jazeera Paints will be deploying Canoo’s LDV 130 and LDV 190 delivery vehicles within its existing fleet in Saudi Arabia.
Canoo signed a vehicle sales agreement with Jazeera Paints, which will initially purchase 20 of Canoo's EVs into its fleet this year, with the option to expand to up to 180 additional vehicles.
